With more than two decades of legal experience, she has advised and represented clients across a wide range of matters, including corporate and commercial transactions, property-related work, Syariah-related matters, and selected civil and private client matters. She is known for combining legal precision with a practical, solution-oriented approach, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence.

Ms. Junny Erfisyahry is the Founder and Principal of Law Practice of Junny Erfisyahry (LPJE), a boutique legal practice built on experience, integrity, and practical legal solutions. With more than two decades of legal experience, she has advised and represented clients across corporate and commercial transactions, property-related work, Syariah matters, and selected civil and private client matters.
Her legal career began in 2003 in banking and corporate commercial litigation with one of the top legal firms in Kuala Lumpur, where she was exposed to merger and acquisition exercises and the drafting of important corporate agreements. This foundation shaped the commercially aware and strategically minded perspective that defines her practice today.
As her career progressed, Ms Junny expanded her experience by managing a new branch at another legal firm — deepening her involvement in property transactions, company secretarial matters, Syariah consultations, and general corporate and commercial work. In January 2011, she established her own practice, rebranded in 2023 as Law Practice of Junny Erfisyahry (LPJE).
Beyond private practice, Ms Junny is an Accredited Trainer with HRDC and a Certified Lay Counselor under the Ministry of Women, Family & Community Development. She is active in training, public speaking, legal awareness initiatives, and community organisations including PERDASAMA and Persatuan Wanita Inspirasi Negara (WIN).

Cik Adleena graduated from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Shariah (Hons.), reflecting a strong dual foundation in both civil and Islamic legal principles. During her time at university, she served as Secretary of the Law Society (LawSoc), organising legal initiatives and collaborative programmes with various institutions.
Adleena was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor on 10 October 2025, having chambered under the direct guidance of Ms. Junny Erfisyahry. Through this mentorship, she absorbed the firm's core philosophy — Legal Strength, Human Touch — and developed a meticulous, responsive, and client-first approach to legal work.
